『仁心会』公告−第2015-25号

 

「特定非営利活動法人仁心会設立総会」が７月８日午後７時〜９時に、東京大学山上会館において行いました。

 

仁心会の理事、監事及び会員を含め、飯塚陽子、豊原明、劉　超、唐　淼、梁　冰霏、張　興、呉　暁嵋、倪　積智、金　玲、坂東杏樹、江　沁、周　梅、聶　華、王　微の１４人が今回の総会に参加しました。監事である豊原明氏の監督の下で、呉暁嵋と周梅が開票し、無記名投票を通じて劉超を理事長に選出、飯塚陽子と唐淼を副理事長に選出しました。５名の理事と監事は宣誓就任書で署名捺印しました。その場で、「特定非営利活動法人仁心会」の８号議案が審査され、通過しました。

 

仁心会は「一歩一歩発展し、着実に前進をする」を行動理念とします。仁心会は日中両国をはじめとするアジア全体の医療、健康、福祉および、学術文化と科学技術の振興のため、日中間に信頼ある医療関係のプラットフォームを構築する非営利組織です。一般市民を対象として、定期的に医療、健康講座の開催や、医療機関の見学、医療知識の普及活動を行うなど、日中ないしアジア全体の医療交流を促進し、健康的な長寿社会の実現を目指します。

 

仁心会は個人情報保護法に基づいて、「仁心会個人情報使用方針」を徹底的、かつ厳格的に遵守します。会計情報は公開かつ透明の原則を堅持し、監事、会計士、監査人、税理士を含む審査委員会を設立する予定です。

最後に、７月末に東京都庁文化局におるNPO申請の個別相談を予約しました。８月中旬に正式に申請する予定です。

Announcement of Renxin Association; No. 2015-25

The Inaugural for Nonprofit Organization: Renxin Association was held in the Sanjo Kaikan of The university of Tokyo on July 8th 2015,

 

Five board members, auditor and nine members attended the meeting. Dr.LIU chao was selected as the President of Renxin Association. Dr. Iizuka and Dr. Tang were selected as the vice President of Renxin Assocation. The members of director board and the auditor voted through 8 regulations that apply to Renxin Association, and they were sworn in the meeting.

 

The board of directors promised Renxin Association will commit to the missions of improving health for people in China and Japan; creating a more inclusive environment for Chinese and helping them to fully participate in the community of health care in Japan; promoting constructive cooperation between Japan and China in the field of health care. “Taking solid steps to make progress” always and will be the core value of the Renxin Association. The association will completely fulfill the commitment of achieving a healthy and long life society.

 

To better protect privacy of members, the meeting claimed that the relevant law and “Privacy Policy of Renxin Association” will be strictly obeyed as we are doing, and more effective measures will be adopted in the next step. And on the principle of openness and transparency, we will set up external review committee including auditor, accountant, comptroller and tax accountant.

We intend to apply for individual counseling from the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of culture at the end of July and to submit the formal application in the mid of August.

「特定非営利活动法人仁心会设立総会」于2015年7月8日午后７时至９时于东京大学山上会馆圆满举行。

 

饭塚阳子、豊原明、刘超、唐淼、梁冰霏、张兴、呉暁嵋、倪　积智、金玲、坂东杏树、江沁、周梅、聂华、王微等14名会员和监事出席了会议。

 

经豊原明监事监督，由呉暁嵋和周梅唱票，饭塚阳子、刘超、唐淼、梁冰霏、张兴等5名理事中选举出刘超为理事长，饭塚阳子和唐淼为副理事长。

 

5名理事和豊原明监事宣誓就任。审定并通过了关于“特定非営利活动法人仁心会“申请的8项议案。

 

理事会承诺并坚信，仁心会本着“一步一步发展，踏实走好每一步”的方针，善良、上进且以平常心，继续致力于中日两国的医疗、健康和福祉，学术文化和科学技术的振兴，以及促进在日华人更好地融入日本的医药界，构筑中日间值得信赖的第三方非盈利组织而努力。并通过向市民定期展开医疗和健康的讲座，参观医疗机构，普及医疗知识，促进中日乃至亚洲的医疗健康的交流，实现健康长寿的社会而努力。

 

同时就会员提出的个人信息使用的方面，继续严守相关法律和《仁心会个人情报使用方针》。并本着财务公开透明的原则上，将在现有监事的基础上，设立包含监事、会计士、审计士和税理士的审查委员会。

 

拟在7月底申请东京都文化局的个别辅导，8月中旬前递交正式申请。
