仁心会の副理事長及び個人正会員の飯塚陽子先生（東京大学医学部病院糖尿病代謝内科特任講師）が日本式糖尿病治療チームを率いて、北京での外来治療を行いました。
今回の外来治療は中国漢琨医療センターが主催しました。今年7月18日から19日にかけて、2日間で約160名以上の糖尿病患者及び家族が集まり、日本式の治療に満足した様子でした。
飯塚先生は糖尿病の専門家であり、2014年、第10回中曽根康弘賞で奨励賞を受賞しています。
今回の外来治療の準備段階3ヶ月の間で、仁心会の約30名のメンバーがオンライン及び現地で今回の外来治療に参画しました。また、たくさんの助言をし，採用されたものもあります。偉大な事業のために，尽力しました。特に、NECに勤めている仁心会の正会員の罗朝晖さんは今回の治療のため、新しく電子カルテを開発し、現場で活躍しました。
最後に、仁心会は今回の外来治療の活動で勉強させる機会が多く頂きました。今後も、飯塚先生のように「日本式」の優れた医療を中国で展開交流することを目指します。
日本NHKは今回の外来治療について全行程を通しの取材をしました。また、在中国日本国大使館の館員も治療の状況を見学していました。
During July 18 and 19, Vice-president Dr. Yoko IIZUKA (Project lecturer, Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases, Hospital College, The University of Tokyo) led the Japanese diabetes cure group and gave volunteering medical consultation in Beijing, which has been a completely successful event. Around 160 diabetic patients has visited the doctors and satisfied with the results. Dr. IIZUKA has outstanding contribution in the field of diabetes for both Japan and China. As a result, she has received the Nakasone Yasuhiro Award in 2014.
During the three-month preparation period, nearly 30 members from Renxin Association have collaborated with the organizers and gave valuable suggestions. In addition, they have provided lots of convenience in order to host the public event. Especially, the NEC electronic ill history system is introduced by Dr.IIZUKA and voluntarily developed by Renxin member Mr. Zhaohui Luo within the two weeks prior to the event.
We have all benefit from this event. Dr. IIZUKA has been a great role model for us as NPO in future. She created the bridge between the Chinese and Japanese medicine communication. Particularly, she went to China to give volunteer medical consultation and help in training new medical fellows.
In addition, NHK has recorded the entire volunteering medical consultation event. Japanese Embassy in China has also joined the event.
副理事长及正会员饭塚阳子博士（东京大学医学部附属医院糖尿病代谢内科特任讲师）领衔的日本式糖尿病诊疗团队近日在北京义诊取得圆满成功。本次义诊由中国汉琨医疗主办，在7月18日到19日两天中，约160名糖尿病患者慕名而来，满意而归。饭塚博士因在日中两国糖尿病治疗领域做出杰出贡献而荣获2014年中曽根康弘奖。
在筹备义诊的三个多月中，仁心会近30名成员线上或实地考察了主办方的情况，提出了很多宝贵意见并被采纳，且在诸多方面给予便利，为此项公益事业而贡献绵薄之力。特别是义诊所用NEC电子病历系统是经饭塚博士介绍，准会员罗朝晖先生两周前应主办方紧急求助，彻夜开发的系统，并免费提供使用。
本会从此次活动中受益匪浅，努力以饭塚博士为榜样，合作义诊为模板，为将来以NPO身份为中日间医药交流，特别是赴华义诊和培训方面尽点滴贡献而做良好准备。
另，NHK对义诊活动进行了全程跟访，日本驻华使馆官员亦莅临现场了解情况。
